Boccemon was founded in 2002 in Bellingham, WA, when Tom McNutt introduced Rain Country Blend—a premium oyster shell bocce court surface that he perfected through years of trial and error. 

After 22 years at the helm, Tom passed the torch to a new owner who is committed to delivering the same high quality products and friendly, approachable customer support to bocce enthusiasts both near and far.

We are proud to provide bocce players with Boccemon Oyster Blend: an all-natural, low-maintenance, fast-playing, and durable court surface. Our goal is for players to spend more time enjoying the game of bocce and less time keeping up their courts.

Over the years, Boccemon’s oyster shell bocce courts have been installed by private individuals, corporations, wineries, breweries, parks departments, and homeowners across the United States and Canada. 

We are dedicated to keeping the tradition of bocce alive and well for players of all ages, abilities, and skill levels. At the end of the day, we are bocce players ourselves, and we want everyone to get as much joy out of the game as we do.
